For motocross tracks and race promoters

A live motocross race order board riders can check anywhere

Replace repeated PA calls and trips to the paper pit board with one mobile-friendly view of what is racing now, lining up next and heading to staging.

What RaceOrder shows during a race day

The public board turns your running order into three simple calls that are easy to understand from a phone:

🟢 On the Track

The practice group or moto currently riding.

🟡 On the Line

The class that should be at the gate and ready to go.

🔵 Staging

The next class that should begin moving toward the line.

⭐ Rider favorites

Riders star their classes so every relevant call stands out in gold.

Designed around an amateur motocross workflow

Load your classes and practice groups.
Prepare the event before race morning, including multiple practice rounds.
Set the running order after registration closes.
Number the active classes and combine compatible classes into a gate when needed.
Start the race day and tap Next.
The operator advances the board from a phone while riders’ screens refresh automatically.
Handle real race-day changes.
Post notices, adjust meeting times, show intermission and announce trophy timing.

What it replaces—and what it does not

RaceOrder replaces the communication job of a handwritten race-order sheet or static pit board. It does not replace lap scoring, transponders or results software. That narrow focus keeps setup fast and makes it useful alongside the scoring system your track already uses.

Motocross race board questions

Do riders need to install an app?

No. They scan your QR code or open a link in any modern phone browser.

Can one event run more than one track?

Yes. A venue can configure up to four tracks, and each operator controls the selected track independently.

Can we try it before paying?

Yes. Demo mode is functional and displays a watermark. A licensed event day is $20.

Where should we put the QR code?

Common locations include registration, the sign-up trailer, pit-board area and other high-traffic rider locations.
