How RaceOrder Works

Scan the track's QR code (or find your track at raceorder.app).

The board shows On the Track On the Line Staging

Green = racing now. Yellow = get to the line. Blue = you're up after that.

Tap your race number to star ⭐ your classes — they glow gold everywhere so you never miss your call.

Add ALL your classes in Class List — every class you might run, one row each.

Leave the Race # blank for now. You'll set the running order on race morning, once you know who's actually riding.

Set up practice sessions — name each group and who rides in it.

Pick rounds of practice with the − / + buttons.

2 rounds = every group practices twice. 0 = no practice, straight to racing.

Give each class a Race # — that number IS the running order.

Give two classes the same number to combine them into one gate. Don't combine classes that share a rider.

Tap the green ⚡ Update Race Order button when it lights up.

Classes without a number stay out of the order — a class nobody signed up for just never gets a number.

The schedule builds itself: practice → your races (Moto 1) → intermission → Moto 2 → trophies.

Need to tweak? In Race Schedule: arrows move items, tap a name to edit it, ✕ deletes.

Tap ▶ START RACE DAY and enter what time practice starts.

Running late? You can change the time right on screen before you begin.

Tap ▶ BEGIN PRACTICE when the first group rolls out.

Tap NEXT → every time a session finishes. That's it — every phone updates by itself.

Near the end of practice it asks for the Riders Meeting time. Set it (or skip and tap the red box later).

After practice, tap 📋 Show Race Order so riders see the full lineup.

START RACING stays locked until you do this — so you can't forget.

Tap 🏁 START RACING — then just keep tapping NEXT after each race.

Intermission: a couple races out, it asks when racing resumes. Riders see ⏸ Intermission Next instead of lining up early.

Trophies: set a presentation time — or leave it blank if you don't do end-of-day trophies. Blank = it never shows.
